At V-Forge 3D, every product is custom-manufactured on an order-to-order basis. Because these items are uniquely created for you, we have a strict no-return and no-refund policy.
However, we offer a free replacement if your item arrives damaged or has a significant manufacturing defect. To qualify, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery and provide a clear unboxing video or photos showing the damage.
