• Production times vary based on machine availability and design complexity.

• Once a custom print has started (3 hours after order placement), the order cannot be canceled.

2. Custom Designs & Intellectual Property

• User Submissions: You represent that you own the rights to any photos, logos, or designs you send us via WhatsApp or Email. V-Forge 3D is not liable for any copyright infringement arising from user-provided content.

• Right to Refuse: We reserve the right to refuse any order that contains offensive, infringing, or inappropriate content.

3. Nature of 3D Printing (Product Variance)

3D printing (FDM technology) is an additive manufacturing process. By purchasing, you understand that:

• Surface Texture: Minor visible layer lines and tiny surface artifacts are a natural characteristic of 3D printing and are not considered "defects."

• Color Variance: Filament colors may vary slightly between batches or due to screen resolution differences.

• Material Limitations: While we use high-quality PLA/PETG, these materials have specific heat tolerances. Avoid leaving 3D-printed items in high-heat environments (like a locked car in summer).
