Return & Refund Policy

At V-Forge 3D, every product is custom-manufactured on an order-to-order basis. Because these items are uniquely created for you, we have a strict no-return and no-refund policy.

1. Final Sale

Once an order is placed and manufacturing begins, it cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded. This includes:

• Custom Statues & Figurines: Created based on your personal photos.

• Personalized Merchandise: Items featuring your specific name, logo, or color choice.

• Standard Catalog Items: Since these are printed specifically for your order to reduce waste.

2. Replacements for Damage or Defects

We take great pride in our quality control. However, if your product arrives damaged during transit or has a significant manufacturing defect, we will offer a free replacement.

To qualify for a replacement:

• You must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the package.

• You must provide a clear unboxing video or photos showing the damage and the original packaging.

Once verified, we will prioritize a fresh print of your order and ship it to you at no additional cost.

3. Non-Qualifying Issues

Please note that the following are not considered defects and do not qualify for a replacement or refund:

• Layer Lines: Visible lines are a natural characteristic of FDM 3D printing technology.

• Color Preference: Slight variations in filament shade compared to screen images.

• Heat Damage: Deformation caused by leaving the product in high-heat environments (e.g., inside a car or near a heater).

4. Incorrect Shipping Information

We are not responsible for orders that are undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided by the customer. In such cases, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees to resend the item.
