Thank you for choosing V-Forge 3D. Because every item we create is custom-manufactured and precision-printed to order, our shipping process differs from standard retail.

1. Production & Processing Time

All products at V-Forge 3D are "Made to Order."

• Standard Items (Keychains, Desk Organizers, Home Utility): typically require 2–3 business days for printing and quality inspection.

• Bespoke Creations (Custom Statues, Figurines, and Lithophanes): may require 4–7 business days depending on the complexity of the design and the print duration.

Please note: Production does not run on Sundays or Public Holidays.

2. Shipping Estimates & Delivery

Once your order has passed our final quality check, it is handed over to our courier partners.

• Domestic (Within India): Estimated delivery is 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location (Metros are usually faster).

• Tracking: You will receive a tracking link via email or SMS once your order has been shipped.

3. Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

• We may offer free shipping on orders above a certain value (check our homepage for current promotions).

4. Direct Communication for Custom Orders

For highly customized orders discussed via WhatsApp or Email, our team will provide a specific estimated timeline. Since these items are unique, production times may vary.

5. Damaged Items during Transit

We take extreme care in packaging our 3D prints (using reinforced boxes and padding). However, if your item arrives damaged:

• Please take a clear photo/video of the damaged product and the packaging.

• Contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

• We will prioritize a reprint and reshipment for you.

6. Address Changes

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of order. Once an item has moved into the printing phase, we may not be able to redirect the shipment.
