At V-Forge 3D, every product is custom-manufactured on an order-to-order basis. Because these items are uniquely created for you, we have a strict no-return and no-refund policy.
However, we offer a free replacement if your item arrives damaged or has a significant manufacturing defect. To qualify, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery and provide a clear unboxing video or photos showing the damage. Once verified via WhatsApp (+91 8939778889) or Email (vforge3d@gmail.com), we will prioritize a fresh print of your order at no additional cost.

Because our products are precision-printed to order, please allow 2 to 5 business days for production before dispatch. Standard domestic delivery within India typically takes an additional 3 to 7 business days.
